Forest Products

Swire Shipping continues to build on Westwood's long history of transporting bulk forest products and continuously improving cargo handling methods and equipment to handle sensitive shipments safely. As the only carrier in North America to provide fixed-day liner service for bulk forest products, we offer reliable logistics solutions to meet our customers' production and inventory management requirements.

Breakbulk / Project Cargo

Swire Shipping provides customized solutions for breakbulk and project cargo. For weather protection, we have dedicated underdeck space on our specialized vessels. We also use advanced cargo handling technology to cater to the diverse needs of our customers. Our state-of-the-art 45-meter-ton gantry cranes can move freight up to 85 feet (26 meters) and enable cargo operations at ports without access to shore-based cranes.
