Westwood Shipping Lines is providing advance notice of changes to the optional Priority Services and Charges (PSC) effective December 3, 2021, applicable with Guarantee of Everett CY discharge (PSC-5) when pre-approval has been established for Eastbound cargoes from Japan, Korea, and China to the U.S. and Canada.

This pre-approved charge applies in addition to rates established for all commodities moving on tariffs, and contracts. Application is based on the date of cargo receipt at B/L origin:
