Revised Tariff Rule - Free Time and Demurrage in The Far East

Dear Valued Customer:
Westwood Shipping Lines is providing advance notice of change to the exception clause of the free time and demurrage tariff rule #17, Section 6.b.1, in the Far East effective immediately.
Eighteen (18) total calendar days free time will be allowed on containers moving under Hay/Straw/Grass/Oats/Animal Feed/Buckwheat to Busan, Tokyo, Yokohama, Nagoya, Osaka, Hakata, Shimizu, Tomakomai, direct call*
*Above exception expires on 01/15/2023, upon expiration will revert to standard demurrage tariff rule.
Japan: Charges apply after expiry of free time
Days 19-28
1,000 JPY per standard 20ft container
1,000 JPY per standard/hi-cube 40ft container
Days 29+
3,000 JPY per standard 20ft container
3,000 JPY per standard/hi-cube 40ft container
Korea: Charges apply after expiry of free time
Days 19-38
15,000 KRW per standard 20ft container
25,000 KRW per standard/hi-cube 40ft container
Days 39+
30,000 KRW per standard 20ft container
45,000 KRW per standard/hi-cube 40ft container
