Westbound North America to Asia

Dear Valued Westwood Customer,

Effective January 2020: an IMO element for Marine Fuel 0.5% Low Sulfur to meet the new IMO marine fuel regulations 2020 will be factored into Bunker calculations.

LSMGO &mdash Will be a 13-week simple average for Marine Fuel 0.1% LSMGO minus the baseline fuel price and will utilize the ports of South Korea and Seattle delivered as per Bunkerwire
VLSFO &mdash Will be a 13-week simple average for Marine Fuel 0.5% VLSFO minus the baseline fuel price and will utilize the ports of Busan and Seattle delivered as per Bunkerwire

For Westbound service contracts and freight agreements we will be issuing new contracts effective January 11th, 2020 with higher base rates to reflect the reduction in our bunker surcharge to transition into IMO 2020 fuel.

IMO Bunker Charge (BC) effective January 11th, 2020 through March 31, 2020:

• 20 STD, TK, OT $81
• 40 STD, TK, OT, FR $101
• 40 HC $101
• 40 RE $142

Inland Fuel Surcharge (IFS) remains the same effective through March 31, 2020:

• Local $81
• IPI/MLB $280

Breakbulk Westbound:
Effective January 1, 2020 through March 31, 2020:
$54W/M
