Dear Valued Westwood Customer,

The British Columbia Government has implemented a new regulatory charge which applies to all container shipments that are trucked to and from the ports of Vancouver, BC. Effective on July 1, 2019 CDN$50 per round trip rate move.

Westwood Shipping Lines is providing advance notice of a Positioning Movement Rate (PMR) Surcharge effective August 15th, 2019, applicable to all Eastbound and Westbound cargo to/from Vancouver, BC door locations.

Existing Service Contracts (SC) and/or Canadian Freight Agreements (CFA) will not be affected until new contract is renegotiated and executed after this notification date.
